Terms and Conditions for Survey Completion Discount
Introduction
By completing the survey and providing your email address, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions. These terms apply to the 20% discount offered in exchange for completing the survey.
Eligibility
- This offer is available to individuals who complete the survey in full.
- The offer is limited to one discount per participant.
- To claim the discount, you must provide a valid email address at the end of the survey.
Survey Completion
- The survey must be completed in its entirety to qualify for the discount.
- The survey is anonymous, and your responses will remain confidential.
- Your email address will be collected at the end of the survey to send the discount code only.
Discount Offer
- Upon successfully completing the survey and providing your email address, you will receive a 20% discount code valid for seats on our online driver assessment and training, accessed via our online platform, EsituDrive.
- The discount code will be sent to the email address provided at the end of the survey within one week.
- The discount is valid for 3 months from the date of receipt.
Restrictions
- The discount cannot be combined with any other offers or promotions.
- The discount is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or any other equivalent.
- The discount is only applicable on purchases made through Esitu Solutions for online driver assessment and training.
Data Protection (GDPR Compliance)
- Your survey responses are anonymous, and we will not link them to your email address.
- The only personal data we collect is your email address, and it will only be used to send your discount code.
- We will not share your email address with any third parties.
- You may withdraw your consent at any time by contacting us or by unsubscribing from promotional emails.
